• Shipping time: 5–8 business days (does not include time required for customs clearance inspection)

• Shipping methods: Depend on the destination and carrier conditions

• Shipping fee: $15.99 / $19.99 / $29.99

3. Important Notes

• Remote areas: For remote cities or countries, please send us a message or email for more details. We will help you complete your order with the correct shipping method.

• Delivery factors: Shipping time also depends on multiple factors such as destination country, customs clearance, weather conditions, etc., which are difficult to control. We are continuously working to improve this.

• Order dispatch: We promise to send out your order within 1–3 business days. A tracking number for each parcel will be provided via email after the order has been shipped.

• Packaging: Each order will be safely packed with boxes, cartons, or envelope bags. Please do not worry about product transportation — we take care of everything.

• Customs duties: The destination customs may collect import duties. This is determined by local policy, and we will not be responsible for these charges. If you have any specific requests regarding parcel value or product names, please leave a notice when placing your order.

Customized Products – Shipping & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Customized orders may be canceled within 4 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins and the order can no longer be modified or canceled.

Production Time

All customized products require:

• 1–3 business days for factory scheduling

• 3–5 business days for handmade production

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

Returns & Refunds

Customized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.
