At Haoiff, we want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Return within 7 days: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Buyer pays return shipping: If the return is due to reasons caused by the buyer (e.g., no longer want, wrong size chosen), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We cover return shipping: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, or if the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect item sent), we will cover the shipping cost.
- Expedited shipping fees not refundable: If you choose expedited shipping or voluntarily select a more expensive delivery method, we will not refund the additional shipping cost.
- Item condition requirement: Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and include all original packaging. If the product has been opened but remains in a condition suitable for resale, it can still be returned.
- Packaging requirement: Please carefully pack any items to avoid damage during transport. We do not accept responsibility for any returned products that are lost or damaged in transit. If the product is damaged during return shipping, we may charge a fee ranging from 30% to 70% based on the extent of the damage.
- Ask before purchasing: Please ask us questions before making a purchase.
- Defective item report: If the item is defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will replace the item once we receive the defective product.
- Unsatisfied with product: If you are not satisfied with the products you receive for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes:
- The transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days)
- The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days)
- The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days)
- Request a return: If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the "Return Item(s)" button.
- Refund notification: We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
- Cancel before shipment: If you want to cancel your order, you must inform us before the order has been shipped.
- Cancellation window: Orders can usually be cancelled within 1 day of placing the order. We will notify you of the cancellation via email.
- Already shipped: If the order has already shipped, you will receive a notification that the order is on its way. A refund will be available after you return the package to us. Once the return reaches us, we will issue a refund for the order.
- Before processing the refund, we will send you the relevant documentation or deduction criteria. If you need to review them at a later time, please contact us for assistance.
- Once we receive a refund request, it will be processed within one business day.
- After we process the refund, your payment bank (or PayPal) will continue the transaction. The refund may take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on the processing time of your bank.
